Put ingredients in high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Pour onto dehydrator trays lined with parchment paper. With a spatula or the straight edge of a knife, spread the mixture very evenly. The trick is to make sure the mixture is completely level or there will be uneven drying. About ¼ inch thick is how I like it.
Dry in dehydrator at 125° for 6 – 8 hours or until evenly dried. Rotate the trays a couple of times in between. If it is not quite dried, you can let it finish drying at room temperature. If it is thoroughly dried, cut it into strips right away and roll it up then wrap it in plastic wrap to keep it soft and fresh. If dried properly, it can be stored at room temperature. If it is moist, it will go moldy.
Sometimes there is a middle spot that is still damp so I just cut the strips around it and put that one back in the dryer for more drying.
