I've made a lot of granola bars but these are so tasty and they are SUGAR FREE, gluten free, lactose free, vegan, paleo and downright delicious!

Yield: 8 bars (I made mine into 16 bars)
Prep time 30 min Drying time: 8-12 hours
3 medium bananas
1 cup raw buckwheat groats, soaked and drained
1 cup raw pepitas, soaked and drained
1 cup raw pecans, soaked and drained
½ cup chia seeds
½ cup organic raisins
½ cup organic goji berries
Peel and slice the bananas, then place in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and process until the mixture sticks together.
On dehydrator trays lined with parchment paper, form 1/3 cu
pfuls of the mixture into 2x4 inch bars. Dry at 155°F for the first 2-3 hours and then reduce the temperature to 115°F for 6-9 hours, until the bars are dry and firm. Store in the fridge in an airtight container. Enjoy!
