The recipes that I include here are gluten free, lactose free and casein free. The reason for this is that these substances are very commonly associated with hidden food sensitivities. There are other foods that an individual might be sensitive to also. We each have a unique biochemistry with specific dietary requirements, based on genetics and state of health.
